I bought the unlock and it isn't showing
Open Snarkee, tap the unlock button under any reading, then Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How many free readings do I get?
A few every day, resetting at midnight, and watching one short ad at the daily limit buys another. The unlock removes the limit for good.
I'd like a refund
Apple handles every purchase, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What happens to my pet's photo?
It's used to write your reading and not kept. The privacy policy has the details.
